Me? I'm going to spend it on a big tax payer funded Beer party with midgets, a band and strippers for entertainment.

Everybody thank your kids and/or grandkids for this gift! This is nothing more than a bandaid in the present that will do nothing to fix the underlying factors that are wrong with our economy and it is debt that will be passed on to future generations. Too bad some fiscal hawks didn't have the stones to mount a fillibuster in an election year and kill this piece of crap. And no, I'm not sending it back. 150 billion will be tacked on to the deficit, me making a point and sending mine back isn't going to change that.
So, I will probably pay down some debt with it and/or save it for a rainy day. Or maybe the responsible/fair thing to do with it is to invest it and let your kids have it down the road.
I'd be more than happy to drink a few beers and toss midgets around with yours! Be sure to post when and where!
