This should really come as no surprise as the ATF does not normally get involved unless the Fire Marshall calls them in.
Anyone have any theory's? I'd love to hear them. I'll post mine tomorrow.

Other media have reported the fire marshall as saying it was "suspicious" as well -- BUT unlike blogs, the media cannot/ will not report until there is official statements -- and public officials are hardpressed to make those announcements.
So, there's rumors the Angus Haus is closing and then all of a sudden it burns down? That is suspicious.
The Observer does ' have this one' but I think is careful not to post things that are just going to help to spread rumors. Just like he posted info on Fitters resigning but is not allowing posts as we don't know all the facts.
I am pretty sure that the facts are that Fitters resigned. That is a fact. Why did he resign? Well I heard it was because he was beginning to train for American Idol next year. Good luck and God Speed Officer Idol!
Okay, so Fitters is fired "allegedly" for moonshining and selling to local businesses. Then the Angus Haus burns down. THink maybe Fitters' stills were in the basement of the Angus Haus?

You are completely pathetic. Fitters is entirely too old for your tastes and you are completely too old for Fitters tastes. Quit hitting on Sergeant Moonshine, it would never work and if you ever sobered up you would figure that out for yourself. On the other hand, maybe he could set your drunken old ass up with a still.

to everyone leaving messages. my family lived above the angus haus and we were in the fire at the time. i think it is sad that some ppl have to start or spread romers. just an fyi, there was nothing in the basement that had anything to do with fitters. my family lost all we had in the fire and alot of the community was wonderful with helping me and my kids and i want to say thank u for that. but maybe ppl should consider who sees the comments about this and think twice b4 making stupid or hurtful coments. my children are the ones who told me about this page so they read it too and it has been hard enough for them to deal with the fire much less some of the things ppl say.
